The Prayer House

This is a place for a quiet and intimate conversation with God. The building is situated just outside Dodoma City. The small hill overlooks the University of Dodoma and parts of the Dodoma City. The quiet and peaceful feel of the small village is key for creating the perfect ambience for a house of prayer and meditation.

The house hosts ministers, evangelists, preachers and many others who will apply for a season of fasting and prayer typically from 1 to 2 weeks. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a common room/open space, all to serve necessary accommodation needs.

The purpose of the prayer house is to host people in ministry in Tanzania who do not necessarily have the financial resources or get the opportunity to go away and seek alone time with God. The location provides inspiration to pray for all facets of the nation of Tanzania, as Dodoma is the country’s capital city.

The goal we hope to achieve through this ministry is to give leaders a space to fast, pray, and seek God to familiarize themselves with His laws, gain strength, and be filled with a new zeal and power to take the gospel to the ends of the earth for the benefit of not only this generation’s leaders, youth, church, and institutions but also their individual spiritual growth.

The House of Prayer is actively in use, however, final construction is still ongoing.
